Hy ashish,
Yes you can give your cat exam for sure. There is no worry regarding that.
The candidate must have completed his/her graduation (bachelors degree) or passed an equivalent qualifying examination from a recognized college or university.
He/she should have scoredminimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD). The bachelors degree must be ofminimum 3 years duration.
CS/CA/ICWA candidates and candidates who are in their final year of college are also eligible to apply.
So you can give exam and I hope you will get a good college for sure.

Yes, you can appear for CAT if you are in the final year of your undergraduate course, or have already passed your undergraduate.
3rd year BSc is final year of BSc course. So, you can appear for CAT.

Ha... aap konsa bhi gaduation kr rahe ho aur final yr apper ho then you will be eligible for any MBA entrence exam CAT CET SNAP XAT etc..
