First of all I would like to suggest you to make a certificate for that two year gap, many companies will demand it with you, even for one year gap they demand it.
Yes,there are some companies who don't take 2 year gap candidates. But they are very few you don't need to worry about it. You should focus on those companies who take candidates like you and you have many other options, rather than going directly in companies you can give exams like GATE,AMCAT,eLitmus, cocubes , etc. Make a strong and impactful resume. Focus on your communication skills. Trust me no one can stop you for getting a good job, even your this 2 year gap.

Companies look for skills in an aspirant and if you have the skills then you won't be having much problem in grabbing a job with a high salary.
The gap year certificate is actually a notarised affadavit on a stamp paper with your name, year of passing previous course and mentioning the reason of your gap. Not all companies demand for it. But to keep yourself on a safer side, you should keep it with you.
