Yes, you can opt for M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering after you are done with your graduation in CSE. Appear for the GATE exam and get sufficiently high rank or appear for individual university exams like that of IIT Kanpur Aerospace department (bear in mind that individual exams have aerospace related topics in their syllabus).
