You have not mentioned your score or rank so that i can tell you whether there are chances that you will get seat in NIT Delhi or not.However, for general category you can expect the cutoff to be around 12,311 for home state and 7k and around for other states.However I am giving you a link where you can check which college you can get:

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category.
Yes of course you can get CSE branch in NIT Delhi but you should have good score in JEE-Main. As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing rank for NIT Delhi was 6983 for CSE branch in NIT Warangal under Other state quota for Open category or General category. Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main 2021 score at least 200-250 marks out of 300 and percentile against this is expected to be in the range of 99.5-100 .
