Hello dear student,
How that even can be possible Hindi is going to be another language and it won't be a foreign language for Indian students. I hope you understand this. foreign language will be another language and if you will be applying for the entrance test for any foreign language it will be conducted in that language only. but yes if a student from some other country is applying for entrance test so Hindi can be a foreign language for that student are it would be a language of their country
