Hello Mukul,
Yes the chances are high that the cutoff for ews category will be different from general category just like SC/ST/OBC reservation system. Though officially this is not confirmed yet but reservation means to uplift a certain part of the society. As other reservations given in India, EWS category students will also be given the same kind of reservation.
