To be eligible for LLB course candidates must have minimum 45 percentage to 50 percentage in Graduation (40 percentage to 45 percentage for SC/ ST Category candidates) in any discipline from a recognised College. Percentage criteria differs from College to College and Entrance exam to entrance exam.
To get admission into 3 years LLB course entrance exam or merit obtained in qualifying exam is considered.
3 years LLB course Entrance exams:
- CLAT
- MHT CET
- LSAT
- DU LLB Entrance Exam
- TS LAW CET
- AILET
- AMU Law Entrance Exam, etc.
If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you are eligible for LLB course after Graduation in some Colleges.
For example, CLAT has eligibility criteria of minimum 50 percentage (45 percentage for SC/ST Category candidates) in Graduation in any discipline from a recognised College or University.
For example, MHT CET the eligibility criteria is minimum 45 percentage (40 percentage for SC/ST and 42 percentage for VJNT/SBC and OBC of Maharashtra State) in Graduation from a recognised College.
So, it depends on the College you what and entrance exam you choose to appear, decides whether you are eligible or not.m for 3 years LLB course after completion of Graduation.

For taking admission in law degree after graduation candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree any discipline from a recognized university/colleges . and Candidates must have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category.
