Hai, I suggest you to compete your 12 as it will give you different opportunities in other areas also. In bank for PO the minimum qualifications is graduation. For clerical field you have to pass your 12 . Minimum qualifications for banking exam is 12 for clerical and for PO   graduation.. There is a strong competition in these fields now days. Above 10 lakhs  students gave banking exam every year and only 2 percent are able to crack. So complete your 12 and then prepare for exam, look at previous papers will help you to be a banker.
