Yes you can become a lecturer after the BCA. All you need to do is to complete the post-graduation degree from the recognized university.

The candidates who wants to become a lecturer in college or university level or want to do some work in research & development can apply for the UGC NET Exam.

The NET Exam is held to check eligibility for assistant professor or JRF award. The UGC NET Exam is conducted by CBSE on the behalf oh UGC for more than 84 subjects.

If you want to go into the teaching profession at a school level you should have a Bachelor's degree as well as a BEd from a recognised university. You should also qualify TET ( Teacher Eligibility Test )
