Sorry, It is not possible to open a hospital and treat patients by studying bsc biology.
Only a person who studies mbbs and go for post graduation can perform surgeries and operations
With the degree if bsc biology, you can work in laboratories, make medicines etc
But will not be able to put a practice and treat patients lively
