Yes it's a good College for MBBS. You can take admission there if you are getting a seat in this. But also keep in mind since its a private college it's fees will be high. As per the last year stats the whole MBBS course used to cost Rs. 43.20 lakhs if you pursue MBBS from this college. So you can afford those fees, then yes go for it.
