Yes, you can do one diploma course with a regular degree program.

According to the ugc rule you can do two courses simultaneously but you one course should be in regular mode and other in distance or online mode. Than only the two courses will be considered valid.

So if you want to persue regular degree course you can do diploma course but you have to do diploma course in distance mode.
