Yes you can directly apply for csab counselling just you will have to loin to the csab website fill in the necessary details pay the required fee and then you will have to do the choice filling according to your preferences. The only disadvantage you will have in csab counselling is that you can only apply for leftover seats after josaa counselling also you cannot apply for iits that's it.
