There are good chances that you may get a seat at NIT Hamirpur based on your PwD rank. NIT 2020 cutoffs will be out after JoSAA counselling which has started on 6th October 2020. Based on previous year cutoffs at NIT Hamirpur, the cutoff for General PwD candidates in round 1 was 227. So there are good chances for you to get a CSE seat if the cutoff is decreased or else you may get CSE seat in successive rounds.
