Govt College cutoff is depends opon lots of factor. Like paper level, no of applicants and many more...
So, It is very difficult to predict college according to marks. But we can have some idea to compare it for previous year cutoff. But there also it depends on that you have any quota or not.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Haryana according to your profile and category as general.
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that in which college you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
