Hello aspirant,
You can give only jee mains exam ( that too if you live in Gujarat state ) in Gujarati. Jee advanced paper can only be given Hindi and English languages.

JEE Mains Exam are held in 3 Language that are English, Hindi and Gujrati(only at some selective centres).You can give Exam in any of the 3 three language. Moreover, the government has recently decided that the JEE Main exam will be conducted in 11 regional languages from January 2021.

(Hindi, Gujarati, English, Bengali, Kannada, Assamese, Marathi, Odiya, Urdu, Telugu and Tamil.)
