It is really hard to do graduation while working under any government sector because the job usually starts at 8 or 9 a.m. and ends at 5 or 6 p.m. in general. And, similar is the time duration of any common college.

Also,you cannot skip from your work place to attend your college classes, so it's quite difficult to maintain a balanced time schedule between your ssc job and graduation college hours.

But, if you really wants to go for both simultaneously then i suggest you some ways which hopefully works out:-

1.try to convince your college professors to gave you some kind of permission to attend classes according to your time

2.go for private exams

3.go for national open institutions/universities

But these will increase pressure and burden on you, so take your time and think wisely what is suitable for you this job or your graduation or both.
