Yes some colleges cutoff are less than AIQ. On the grounds of the candidate's All India Rank, and his/her domicile, state-wise merit list will be prepared. The State-wise merit list will be considered as state-rank which will be released for each state separately. On the basis of the same, MBBS and BDS admission will be granted through counselling.
