Nope, You get student pilot licence (SPL) when you join the pilot training academy and with student pilot licence (SPL) you can legally learn to fly the plane in the pilot training academy with the teacher beside you. With SPL you don't get rights to fly a plane on your own which means you don't get a job with SPL. You need to complete the training and get the pilot licence first to get a job as a pilot.
