Hello Aspirant,
Other state students can apply for WBJEE Entrance Exam but they will be eligible for the admission to self finance colleges, they will not be eligible for the Government colleges.

Yes, students of Bihar are eligible for wbjee and thus you can apply. You check wbjee eligibility criteria below :-
- You should have Indian nationality.
- You must be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2020 to be eligible for wbjee 2020.
- You should have passed 10+2th standard or should be appearing for it with Mathematics and Physics along with any one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects.
- Minimum aggregate of 45% marks should have been secured by the general category candidates in the three compulsory subjects. For reserved category candidates, the aggregate marks to be scored is 40%. Candidates should have also qualified English with at least 30% marks.
