Dear Student,

To be eligible for Home state quota you need to have a domicile certificate of that state or passed the 12th exam from that state then you will be eligible for the state quota otherwise not.

As you and your parents don't have the domicile certificate of Karnataka but you have passed your 12th from Karnataka so you will take part in counselling as a home quota student.

Good Luck :)

Hello aspirant

Hope you are doing great there. You will be glad to hear that yes you will be eligible for home state quota from karnataka . The state frome where you pass out your class 12 gives you the benfits of home state . Note that you will get home state quota in Karnataka and not in bihar if you pass out your 12 from karnataka.

I hope my answer helps

Wish you all the very best !
