l am get 75 % marks in 12th board and I M belong to general caste so how much possibility of my admission in any du college for b.com

The marks are a bit less to get admission in DU.
The cutoff for the DU B.Com is expected to be 95-97.50% and for B.com hons 93-97.75%.
But don't lose hope you can try other colleges. There are many good colleges.
