According to the NDA age eligibility requirements, applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 19 in order to sit for the NDA exam. Candidates who were not born on or before July 1, 2007, but before July 2, 2004, are eligible to take the 2022 NDA Exam. Candidates for the NDA 2 exam in 2023 must have been born between January 2, 2004, and January 1, 2007. You are qualified for NDA because your birthday is November 2004.

This is because,
To be eligible for nda -2, 2023 examination , you should have born between 2nd January , 2005 to 1st January , 2008 but you fail to fulfill this criteria with your mentioned date of birth
