When it comes to defense quota , no exact cutoff information is available, hence cannot say for sure but definitely the seats under this quota will be limited and the cutoffs will be much higher,also you should first visit the NEET official website and check whether you clear other eligibility criteria. To get a decent government college you should have a minimum score of 500+ and for good private colleges through counselling  it should be minimum 400+. So you may have to go for management seats. Most importantly this year the cutoffs have gone up due to increased competition.
