l got 932AIR rank in mds exam 2020 in obc category.can i get admission in government clg?

I don't think there is reservation for OBC students, and they fall under the same category as the general ones.
Based on your rank, you have tough chance to get a government college, some of the colleges are:
- Rajah Muthiah Dental College and Hospital, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar
- Government Dental College and Hospital, Medical College Campus, Aurangaba
- D r R Ahmed Dental College and Hospital, Kolkata
- Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai
