94.6647 %ile means 45,000 to 56,000 rank if u are in General Category and i assume or guess that u are from Andhra Pradesh

which is quite difficult to get a NIT but u will get :-

Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology(ECE Branch)
Ujjain Engineering College (ECE Branch)
Institute of Engineering and Technology , Indore (ECE Branch)

If u can afford expenses then get Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technolog

94.6647 percentile means your expected rank would be around 6011. Now if the number if candidates in the second session increases, your expected rank would also increase. Now, if you are from general category, it would be quite difficult to get any of the NITs for B.arch as most of the seats are filled within 3000 to 4000 rank. But sister many students not interested on barch course so they may Don't have interest to take this course in that chance l may get seat in nits
