It is difficult to get government bams in delhi in all India quota as well as in state quota . The cutoff for Delhi remains high and some it also remains higher then all India quota.
For securing seat in all India quota for obc category in Delhi you need to score around 560- 570. This cutoff is in accordance with the last year cutoff. But you may get seat in state quota. So you should go for state counselling. As you didn't mention your state so it is difficult to predict college.
