l have got crl rank under 97000 and obc rank under 28000 , home state gujarat can l get any gfti or iiit ??

Based on your category rank and Gujrat as Home State, unfortunately you will NOT be able to get into IIIT Vadodara and Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management-Ahmedabad with such a high rank.

You have low chance in IIITs
