Hi

I am extremely sorry to inform you dear but you are not eligible for Neet examination with only 4 subjects.

This is because,
To be eligible you must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least five subjects out of which 4 subjects should be physics ,chemistry biology and English and for the 5th subject you can have maths or any other subject of your choice.

Here's what page number 17 of NEET 2020 information brochure says:-

" 10+2 examination comprising of
Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in
these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English "

You can check it on your own by downloading the information brochure for which link is provided below  :-

Dear aspirant,

The national testing agency releases the eligibility criteria for neet and the candidates should fulfill that in order to sit for the examination.

The eligibility criteria are as follows-

1- Candidates should have passed with equivalent physics chemistry biology and english from any recognised board.

2-Candidates must be above 17 years of age.

3-The upper age limit is still pending and hence all candidates are allowed to appear for the neet entrance examination.

4-The 12th class percentage required seperate for each category. The general category percentage is 50% and it is the aggregate of physics chemistry and biology.
