l passed 10th and iti diesel mechanic. iam doing apprientice in apartc . then iam doing job in apsrtc as a driver so what courses doing to promotion in my job

You can do diploma courses in mechanical Field, which will help you to get promotions. Then you can do engineering also after diploma. Your experience also help you to get promotions. Certificate courses and online courses also have the same value.
