Hello Saurav,
The steps are pretty easy, you just have to crack an exam comprising of three sections. The exam is known as UPSC, and consists of 3 stages, which are prelims, mains and the interview part. Just crack all the three stages, being in top 100, and you can be appointed as an IAS.
