Hello,

Laplace transform is a kind of integral transform. You can easily solve all the questions related to this transform, if you know all the formulas of it and all the basic derivations.

Suppose we are given a function f(x), now lets take its laplace transform. So it is denoted by

L{ f(x)}. It is also written as F(s).

And it is equal to,

F(s) = intg. [ f(x). e ^(-st) dt ],  and the limits of integration are from - infinity to + infinity.

You can easily solve the integration with basic formulas.

Here s = complex variable where, s = sigma + jw

Hope it helps.
