Dear aspirant,

Where ever the fees is not payable, there will be an error message or a reason displayed on the website. If you could kindly tell me the error message that your are getting maybe i can suggest you a way to fix it. Incase you are talking about if you will be eligible for spot rounds without paying thr fees then my answer is no as you'll have to report to the alloted college and pay the 40000 fees and choose for spot rounds

The payment option has appeared for IPU but there is an internal error while processing the fee.
