Yes you are right. In the brochure of TSPOLYCET 2019, the date for payment of processing fee is mentioned as 17 to 19 May 2019. In the website, the payment link is not active and is showing " date over ". So you cannot pay the fee. As per their guidelines, you have to click on the afore mentioned link for payment. And also certificate verification occurs only after the payment.
