if you want to apply for management quota seat so you can still talk to college authority if seats will be available in the college they will allow you so just try for it.

In this case you can only request the administration to accept your application as there has been a delay on your part. Honestly thee are less or no chances they would accept it but there is no harm in trying anyway:)
