The registration of NEET UG is closed and you can't apply now for the NEET exam.
You can fill the form of AIIMS MBBS. Basic Registration of AIIMS MBBS has been started and the last date is January 3, 2019. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/aiims-mbbs-application-form
Also, you can fill the application form of JIPMER. JIPMER MBBS application forms will be available from March 6, 2019. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/jipmer-application-form
