Hi Aspirant,
It is a bit late to answer now, but the deadline for uploading the EWS Certificate is 5 P.M. 26th September 2020. You must also take care that the certificate should have been issued in the given format dated on or after 1st April 2020.
Then only, you can avail EWS Category reservation. You are supposed to upload your EWS Certificate after Log in your JEE Advanced portal.
