Hello student don't over think about past. As you can't do anything about the time you've lost but you can do great things in the future. Look forward and start your preparation it's never too late. 21 is not a big age to start preparation for SBI exams. Focus on your studies, make a daily routine use your time wisely and maintain consistency in your studies.

english is very important and what ever the jobs you may go for like sbi probationary officer or mncs associate works position,  spoken and written skills in english would give you opportunity to go hire the career . however first you have to lose the fear to speck and leave the hesitation while speaking. you must know one thing that while we start to learn a new language we are all faced issues like clumsiness, loss of words etc. so to overcome this always read different story books , magazines and while  you are talking with friends or doing chats prefer to speck in english.

besides that make a routine for all daily work and exam preparation and follow it strictly. I am sure you would get success in life.
