JEE advanced is one of toughest entrance exam for admission in IITs, IISC, IISER,etc. The authorities has not released its official brochure till yet. A student can appear for JEE advanced in two consecutive year followed by the year in which he appear for class 12.

Yes ,last year the authorities have given relaxation in 75% in class12 th board but For this year, it is still present that minimum 75% should be scored by students appearing in JEE advanced.
