last year CS cut off rank for OBC category in VJTI mumbai was around 300 to 500 so was this rank considered from CRL of MHT-cet or

Hello,
The board exams have different cutoff and that is in marks. Board doesn't give ranks as range. College give rank range for their different branches to give a organised way to do the admission of candidates with respect to the branches. In no way college categorical rank cutoff is related to the board Common rank list. Both are different. It may be a coincidence if the cutoff had been same.
