Deen bandhu chhotu ram university of science and technology, sonepat last year cut off trend for btech in civil engineering was:-
For general category students in round 1 the cutoff ranks were :-
Other state - 33395 to 46223. Home state - 48095 to 61945
In round 2 the cutoff ranks were :-
Other state - upto 40413. Home state - 46634 to 53323
For general category students in round 1 the cutoff ranks were :-

For backward classes in dcrust sonepat, the opening rank was around 65000 and closing rank was around 480000 on the basis of jee mains all india ranks.

Yes, if you are an obc student then you can get admission in dcrust sonepat. And this year, according to me the cutoff trends should be around same as previous years cutoff trends.
