Every year the cutoff generally changes based on various factors like  number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates as well as the difficulty level of the question paper.

This year also the cutoff is expected to be higher

but it is bit difficult to predict the exact number by which the cutoff would increase in Father Muller Medical College. So,you should wait for the cutoff to be declared.
