Last year i got government dental seat but this year i gave neet exam and scored 690 so i can get government medical seat in karnataka. Can i take TC from BDS college and can i participate in NEET 2021 counselling? can i join medical college this year. And is there any penalty for this?

You can do counseling of neet 2021 easily.
About TC of BDS collage you have to submit 5year fee at University, for more clearly you should contact your bds collage about amount to leave your seat.
