Last year NIFT BFTec entrance I got 631 belong to OBC category but I did not get seat at Hyderabad campus last rank for OBC is 711 how

If someone from the BFTech department left the college and instead of that other department's student might have joined.
Or in the 2nd or 3rd round of counselling the student have got the seat which was previously selected by the other student.
