Hope you are doing well.
AIIMS do not release the question papers because the exam is conducted in online mode. But there are many useful books, sample papers available from where you can practice for the exam.
Some of the useful books are
1.Guide for Nursing Competitive exam by Preeti Agarwal, RS Sharma and Vinod Gupta
2.Nursing Entrance Test by R Gupta
3.BSc Nursing Entrance Test by Arihant
