We don't NEET 2019 state cut off data for Tamilnadu yet but in NEET 2018 the lowest marks that got a seat in Government medical College under Tamilnadu state quota for OBC category was 370 marks and it was for Government Sivagangai Medical College,
Also, cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
For example , in NEET 2019 the cut off marks for medical college had increased by 50 marks on an average when compared to neet 2018 cutoff
So , you should try to get at least around 450-500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
