If a candidate belongs to the general category then he must score at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA to appear in CAT exam. Candidates belonging to ST,SC and people with disability must score at least 45% marks in their graduation. Certain seats are also reserved for SC,ST,OBC and person with disability candidates.
ST- 7.5%
SC- 15%
OBC - 27%
Person with disability- 3%
For CAT 2019, their mentioned criteria is a person of any age can apply. He should have passed a bachelor's degree in any subject or field. And also about the percentage required it is minimum 50% for general and minimum 45% for SC/ST. So since you have a 50% you are eligible and can apply for the same.
