Correct Answer: 40%

Solution : Given: A bag contains 2 kg of sugar and 3 kg of salt.
The percentage of sugar = $\frac{\text{quantity of sugar}}{\text{total quantity}}×100$
= $\frac{2}{2+3}×100$
= 40%
Hence, the correct answer is 40%.
