In case of entrance exams application forms, the name of your parents, your DOB, your name etc., Is considered as per you class 10th marksheet. You need to fill the form as per the class 10th marksheet. And in case of wrong details in your addhar card, you can apply for updating your addhar card and do the necessary corrections.
