Since you haven't mentioned that your qouted rank is either CRL or category rank , so I am assuming it to be category rank.
So with your qouted details you might be able to get civil , production engineering , material science engineering ,chemical engineering in some NIT's of North East or some new NIT's such as . Or a better branch at your home state NIT.
You can also get descent GFTI with your qouted rank.
You can also check out the cutoff for various NIT's and GFTI'S using the link given below
